SHIPPING POLICY
LuBella Botanicals ships to addresses within the U.S. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped using USPS First Class and Priority Mail Service. Rates are calculated based on size and weight and destination. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, you can rest assure that we will notify you by email. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Taking into consideration the personal nature of our artisan soaps, bath & body oils, lotions, butters, and natural deodorants, products cannot be returned once the product is opened. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that we can address the issue and come to a reasonable solution. Candle purchases or products damaged during shipment will be replaced or refunded if photographic proof of the damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. We value every customer and want every shopping experience with us to be enjoyably satisfying!
